If you fail to follow the rules provided below I have the right to decline your commission.

You must be 18 or older to commission me. I do not take commissions from minors.

Please write clearly. Provide neat references, not a wall of text. The more detail given, the better, so I can properly portray what you want. Visual references or a very detailed description of your OC(s) are appreciated.

Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. This includes bigotry, AI usage, usage of slurs, threats, blackmail or general disrespect given towards the artist.

Please do not ask me to do anything on my "Will Not Draw" list

Prices are in US Dollars.

Please make your payments via Paypal.

Payments must be made in full. No discounts.

WIPs can gladly be given, just ask. I may also come to you first to show you the WIP, to see if it is to your liking before I move to the next step.

I do my best to make sure my art is to the customer's satisfaction, but usually only small changes are able to be made after the artwork is done, such as coloring/marking mistakes.

Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as: Outfit change/addition/subtraction, background change or anything that requires redrawing it completely.

If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.

The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason.

If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

The client has my permission to repost the artwork anywhere they'd like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my social media, or including my @) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money/cryptocurrency of it in any way)

Using my art in AI for any reason, in any way. I will never give my consent for this.

Taking credit for the creation of the artwork. (For example: Reposting/tracing and claiming my art as your own or impersonating me)

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me.

Diaper changes (NO visible genitalia on minors.)

Slight blood (For example, a scraped knee)

Anything promoting bigotry or hatred, or containing offensive caricatures of minorities.

Anything making light of serious issues or tragedies.

Characters under 18 involved with or witnessing sex.

Characters under 18 in ageplay gear such as pacifier gags, chastity, locking diaper covers or spiked booties.

Promotion of incest, rape, child x adult (pedophilia) or human x non-sentient feral (Zoophilia).

Pseudo-incest/fauxcest.

Rape play.

Promotion of suicide, eating disorders or self harm.

Gore, necrophilia and snuff.

ABDL or regression art of real people such as youtubers or music groups without their consent. (Art of you or your friends is ok!)
